AVIC Aerospace International Corporation (AVIC) of China has acquired cabin specialist AIM Altitude from TowerBrook Capital Partners. AIM Altitude will become a wholly owned subsidiary of AVIC and will continue to operate as it does today under the AIM Altitude brand. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be completed in January 2016.

Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) and Aerodrom Ljubljana have reached agreement for the sale and purchase of the shares of Adria Airways Tehnika to Linetech Holding of Poland. Linetech Holding was selected as the buyer after submitting the best offer for a 100% equity stake of Adria Airways Tehnika after a competitive sales process. It also entered into an agreement on the transfer and submission of loan agreements that SSH and Aerodrom Ljubljana Adria Airways Tehnika in 2012. The combined group will have capabilities across Airbus, ATR, Boeing, Bombardier, and Embraer aircraft in six hangars with 13 slots.

 

Piotr Kaczor, President of the management board of Linetech Holding, said: “We aim to grow and develop Adria Airways Tehnika by investing in people, new technologies and equipment.”
