Delta TechOps has opened a line maintenance hangar at its Tokyo-Narita International Airport hub. The leased 13,000m² facility will provide support for Delta’s Boeing 747-400, 757, 767, 777 and Airbus A330 aircraft. Over 100 staff work at the operation.

Line maintenance has played a significant role in Delta’s Asia-Pacific operations for decades and the addition of this hangar facility will further reinforce Delta’s industry-leading operational reliability. To end November, Delta TechOps has achieved over 120 days without a maintenance cancellation, setting a record 79 days of a 100% completion factor for mainline operations.
