GE Aviation has confirmed an order with EVA Airways for five GE90-115B-powered Boeing 777 Freighters. It has also signed a 12-year OnPoint solution maintenance agreement for the engines. The engine order and OnPoint solution agreement are valued at more than $750 million list price over the life of the agreement, with aircraft delivery beginning in 2017.


Rolls-Royce has been selected by Saudia, the national carrier of Saudi Arabia, to provide long-term TotalCare engine service support, worth $1.3 billion, for Trent 700 engines on 20 Airbus A330 Regional aircraft. The airline will operate the 20 aircraft in addition to the 12 A330s currently in service, also powered by the Trent 700.


Rolls-Royce has won a $580 million TotalCare long-term engine support contract with Vietnam Airlines for Trent XWB engines that will power 14 Airbus A350 XWB aircraft.


ST Aerospace has signed an agreement for a six-year engine maintenance contract worth approximately $350 million from India’s second largest airline, Jet Airways, and its subsidiary JetLite. ST Aerospace will provide an integrated suite of MRO services for the CFM56-7B engines which power the fleet of Boeing 737NGs for both airlines. ST Aerospace will perform off-wing engine maintenance support, on-wing services and technical support at its engine MRO facilities located in Singapore and Xiamen, China.
