Atitech has signed a three-year contract with Air Horizont, a charter airline headquartered in Malta, for Boeing 737 maintenance services. Atitech completed the first check in April 2016. In the last two months, Air Horizont has expanded its fleet with two further aircraft.


PEMCO World Air Services has signed an MoU with European-based aviation asset management company Vallair for a Boeing 737-400 passenger-to-freighter conversion. The agreement marks the first PEMCO-converted aircraft for Vallair.


Precision Aircraft Solutions has completed its third freighter conversion for DHL since May, bringing its DHL total to four for the year so far. The Boeing 757-200 aircraft (MSN 29330) will join Precision’s previous two conversions at European Air Transport Leipzig Airline, the largest of three airlines with dedicated service to the European, Middle Eastern and North African networks of DHL Express.


SR Technics Malta has signed a five-year agreement with easyJet to perform heavy maintenance on its Airbus A320 fleet. The work will start in October 2016, with SR Technics will carrying out base and heavy maintenance, along with a cabin retrofit programme to fit the Space-Flex v2 galley/lavatory combination and Max-Pax seating, which add six seats whilst maintaining the current average seat pitch and minimum seat pitch. SR Technics will also run a stand-alone line of cabin retrofits over a two-year period.
