AAR has entered a multiyear Integrated Component Solutions agreement with Air Malta to provide full power-by-the-hour (PBH) support of its Airbus A320neo aircraft. Air Malta will receive nose-to-tail ATA chapter coverage, including airframe, APU and engine line replaceable units (LRUs) together with the provision of on-site inventory in Malta. This agreement expands upon an existing relationship in which AAR already supports the airlines’ most recently delivered A320ceo aircraft.
AAR will provide full power-by-the-hour (PBH) support of Air New Zealand’s Airbus A320 fleet under a long-term agreement. The contract covers a total of 48 aircraft including 30 A320ceos and 18 A320neos. This is the latest example of the deepening relationship between AAR and Air New Zealand. In 2017, AAR designated Air New Zealand’s component centre as its Asia Pacific MRO of choice and the two companies successfully implemented a long-term repair contract. This new agreement also includes reciprocal repair work with Air New Zealand for the Asia-Pacific region.
AJW Group has announced an expansion to its Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) support contract with the Greek charter airline, Ellinair. Ellinair, part of the Mouzenidis Group, operates a fleet of up 10 aircraft (four Airbus A320 Family aircraft on dry lease and up to six seasonal aircraft on wet lease).
AJW Group has been awarded a power-by-the-hour (PBH) contract with TAP Maintenance & Engineering. The contract, which takes effect from this month, builds on a long-standing relationship between AJW Group and TAP Maintenance & Engineering which includes the sale of engine parts and other rotables. AJW Group will now support TAP with the supply, repair and overhaul of rotable components on two Airbus A320neo aircraft operated by Azores Airlines.
HAECO ITM has renewed its long-term contract with Cebu Pacific Air to provide inventory technical management support for the airline’s Airbus A330-300 fleet. The contract extension covers the services of component MRO, repair management, component pooling, component engineering, stores and logistics management in Manila, Main Base Kit (MBK) services, and AOG supports.
Cebu Pacific currently has a fleet of eight Airbus A330-300 aircraft for its longhaul as well as high-traffic domestic and international routes.
