AAR has been awarded a five-year contract by the US Marshals Service (USMS) to perform full maintenance and logistical support services for Boeing 737 series aircraft owned and operated by the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) in Oklahoma City, OK. The agreement is valued at $51 million. AAR will provide labour, supplies, tools, materials and equipment in support of the large aircraft at the USMS facility located at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City. This effort will be supported by AAR’s Oklahoma City repair station. Additionally, the contract includes full maintenance and logistics support services for another Boeing 737 series aircraft located at the McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.


China Aircraft Services Limited (CASL) has recently completed a 2C and a 4C check on Airbus A320s of Hong Kong Airlines.


GAMECO has successfully redelivered an Airbus A380 to Lufthansa after performing a C4 check plus exterior painting. This is the first of four nose-to-tail aircraft inputs from Lufthansa.


Joramco and flydubai have successfully renewed the agreement to provide the carrier with heavy maintenance solutions for its fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft. Under this agreement Joramco will perform up to 45 C checks and EIS checks from January 2019. In addition, Joramco will perform avionics and cabin modifications including broadband modifications.


KF Aerospace has signed a long-term contract with WestJet Encore to provide line and heavy maintenance for its Bombardier Q400 fleet. This is KF’s third contract with the airline family, that includes WestJet’s Boeing737 aircraft and the ultra-low cost airline, Swoop. KF will be servicing WestJet Encore from its Kelowna base and has invested in staff and tooling capability to support the unique needs of the aircraft.
