AerData has been selected by Standard Chartered Aviation Finance, a division of Standard Chartered, to provide its STREAM Records Management System to support their fleet of over 100 aircraft.

AviIT has been selected by Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) to provide its eMan solution to streamline the management of its technical publications library. eMan was selected after a comprehensive tender and evaluation process that sought to identify a solution that could replace several existing systems, as well as providing a platform for the evolution of the technical library. The eMan solution will co-exist with the recently implemented AMOS solution.

Component Control has announced that North Bay Aviation in Fairfield, CA, has officially switched to Quantum Control MRO and Logistics software to enhance its component repair services and parts inventory management. Quantum Control allows North Bay Aviation to easily manage all functions related to its FAA Repair Station, including sales, inventory and accounting. North Bay Aviation plans to add payroll functionality in the future.

FLYdocs has been awarded a new five?year contract by Virgin Atlantic to continue to provide its aircraft data and records management software, as well as technical services to manage all lease returns for 29 aircraft through to 2021. Virgin Atlantic was FLYdocs’ first customer back in 2010. Initially used by just 70 employees, the software has since been deployed across 10 departments with 1,500 users worldwide. The FLYdocs platform also provides highly integrated compliance builds and repair mapping, with a focus ahead on mobile management at source.

Ramco Systems has signed an agreement with Far Eastern Air Transport (FAT) to automate the Taiwanese carrier’s maintenance and engineering operations. Under the agreement, FAT will install Ramco Aviation Suite V5.7 to streamline its maintenance and engineering functions. Taipei-based FAT’s existing maintenance and engineering operations are built on legacy systems with limited functionalities and complex paper-based procedures. The software comes with advanced reporting and analytics, as well as human resource modules to facilitate employee training and certification.

Seabury MRO Solutions has been selected by Indonesian airline Kalstar Aviation to provide its Alkym Management and Control System for Aircraft Maintenance software to support a growing fleet of 14 aircraft with a mix of types including three ATR 72-600, two ATR 72-500, three ATR 42-300, one ATR 42-500 and three EMBRAER 195 aircraft.
