ICRON has announced the successful go-live of its Maintenance Cards Interval Optimization solution at Turkish Technic. The implementation of the ICRON solution was carried out with ICRON’s implementation partner Deloitte and was completed in only five months. It gives the MRO provider the capability to optimise its long term maintenance plans, taking into account the individual characteristics of each aircraft such as age, type, and utilisation as well as maintenance card constraints.

With ICRON, Turkish Technic is able to automatically generate optimal block and equalised maintenance plans – with a time horizon of up to 30 years – for individual aircraft or groups of aircraft that optimise the assignment of maintenance cards and minimise aircraft ground time and maintenance frequency, duration, and setup times.

ICRON also gives Turkish Technic’s planners full visibility over the maintenance planning process, the capability to dynamically revise their plans due to changing circumstances, and the ability to conduct ‘what-if’ analysis and compare different scenarios based on their impact on the company’s KPIs.
